Balihai Bay Pattaya

The hotel was very clean with open lobby area and a nice view of the pool. Reception area was quite large and clean. Rooms were huge with king size beds. Balcony area was pretty good with large windows and seating arrangements. Washrooms were also quite elegant. The rooms and the beds were pretty clean. Hotel is located 5 mins walk from the Waling Street and the boating area. No problem walking back to the hotel during night time.

Fantastic room with a breathtaking ocean view overlooking the pattaya bay. The bathroom was unique with lovely rainforest shower unit. The location of hotel was excellent as it was close to 711, Walking Street and ferry port. Every morning plenty local stall food available at ferry port area just outside hotel.

This was my second time staying in Balihai Bay Hotel. So I was expecting it to be as good as before but I found it even more cleaner and nicer this time. The hotel itself is very clean with a pretty wide lobby and corridor. Its glazed finished everywhere so no issue of smelly and stained carpet. The room size is pretty good. The finishing in the room is pretty modern and lavish. Each room has a full size window. This time it was a ocean view room so the view was amazing..

We were a little apprehensive to book as we saw mixed reviews of the property. We booked Mountain facing rooms and they were very spacious, with a balcony and daily replenishment of amenities. Staff was good and location is not bad, being at one end of Walking Street. A large 7-11 as well as Pharmacy, money exchange and restaurants are 2 mins walk away. The only down side was the breakfast, which was very limited and hardly had any choices for vegetarians. Skip this and eat breakfast outside.

In general locality is good so access to key Pattaya attractions is very good. Rooms are big size and the sea front option is good (if we book it higher)
